Hugo has come to us to find a new home. We don’t have a great deal of information about him  but he does have a lot of offer someone  looking to put some time into a pony to bring him on. He would make a very rewarding project. He learns well and in just a few weeks improved so much with his schooling.

He has the basics of schooling and has 3 nice paces and a lovey canter. He is very happy to work for you and would work all day.  He is good to teach, learns well, gives it a go.  He isn’t nasty in any way at all… he has a sweet personality  but can be a bit nervous on the ground, I find him much better under saddle. Its nothing overly bad Id say its a mix of his breeding and the fact that he hasn’t been in consistent work.  I find if you ride him days in a row, he just keeps getting better every ride.

Things I know about his past are, He has done a bit of jumping and seemed to love jumping, He has been to the equestrian canter in Albany a lot and has been used for trail riding , he is really good out on rides, either by him self or with others.

He has no known health issues, looks to have great feet. He is Arab cross Welsh but looks and acts more like an Arab.  He is easy to keep and feed. Happy on his own or with others. Good to do things with. He will be well suited to an experienced rider, He is really well priced for a pony with a lot to offer the right rider.  His teeth have just been done.
