7 years old (as of the 2nd September) 

Nitro is a loving, good boy who has a heap of genuine talent. He last raced in November 2023, and had a let down before coming to me. 

He is an honest horse, always tries his hardest and will look after his rider (for example, if I lose balance, he will stop and let me centre myself again!). In saying this, he does need a knowledgeable, experienced home to get the best out of him. He can go far in the right hands. 

Nitro has no nasties (he can fence walk when getting to a new place, but settles down). He has been out to one Encouragement Day – loved it, got a little excited (typical, easy to handle OTT stuff) and after 5 minutes of work he was ready to go and do his best! 

He can ride out alone – no separation anxiety, isn’t phased by traffic / machinery / etc. he’s confident within himself, just needs a soft guiding hand.  

If I were more experienced I’d certainly keep him, but time restraints with full time work are in the way. He is the next big thing; I genuinely believe he will be someone’s superstar.
