I bought Jag as a minimally handled gelding that has spent his life sitting in a paddock with only basic handling as I thought he was to nice of a pony to not be given a job. I have not finished him to the point that he is ready for kids but I am currently short on time so selling as is, his price will increase from the start of February in accordance with continuing work.

He is a very cute approx 13.3 hh New forest pony he has been started under saddle however he is still a few weeks off of being fully broken. I can happily and safely ride him walk and trot. Canter is still being established but he has been cantering. There has been a few small pigroots and spooks but nothing more substantial in his early ridden work. The pigroots have always been at the dressage whip. In general he is kind natured but cheeky and I think with a year or two with a capable teen or adult he will make a gun kids pony. He is athletic with lovely movement and correct conformation. I have not taken him near a jump yet but other ponies from the same stud have awesome jumps on them so I think he could make a good jumping pony. He was only gelded a year ago and can still display some stallion type behavior around other horses however he is learning quickly to focus on his job so I expect this to continue improving.
