Urgent sale due to owner moving overseas.
Rocky is a 15 year old experienced OTTB looking for a loving home. He’s great to float, shoe, worm, plait, clip, camp with, and will happily stand patiently tied to the float at competitions. I’ve regularly ridden him out alone & with other horses on road & bush hacks & he’s always been relaxed and well behaved. Not spooky.
He has previously competed up to 1* eventing and while not a hot horse and usually very chill, he can get a bit horse shy in competition settings and put in a buck when tense/frustrated. For this reason he needs a competent rider if wanting to compete, or someone looking for a horse for relaxed pleasure /bush rides.
He’s currently in Busselton where he’s been having a holiday since October which is reflected in price. Up to date with teeth (done every 6 months). Usually kept shod, but currently barefoot due due to being on spell.
He’s a friendly gentleman who gets along well with people, other horses & dogs. We've done a lot together over the last few years and I really want to see him go to a loving home.
