Description
River is a 6 year old (2018), 16hh, gelding by Bradbury’s Luck. He raced until January 2023 before retiring sound due to being too slow.
River a beautiful and willing temperament who always meets you at the grate and wanting to please. He is easy to catch, tie up, float and trim.
River has huge potential to make his way high in the show jumping arena. He has beautiful scope over the jump and is point a shoot. He has competed up to 90cm and trained to 1.05m with heaps of scope.
River would also excel in dressage and hacking as he carries himself beautifully and has that “look at me” presence about him.
River can be looky when going cross county but with constant work he does find more confidence and shows ability to move up in the phase also.
Being an off the track, River can be fresh without regular work or coming back into work. He requires someone who is a confident, calm rider with soft hands. River is a beautiful horse that has so much talent to move up the grades with ease.
River will only go to the best of homes as this is a really regretful sale but due to a change in jobs I no longer have the time to work him.
