Wormed, teeth done, barefoot trimmed.
Sergeant was gelded and broken approximately 6 months ago, he has no stallion tendencies.
Sarge is happy alone or in company to be groomed, pick out feet, tie up, saddle up and ride, easy to lead, bath etc.
Loves trail rides! Can't wait to get out and explore.
Ridden wise he is bold, cheeky and green; i think he will make a bomb all-rounder for a gutsy kid with a competent and patient light weight adult around to help continue his education. But he has been under saddle for less than 6 months. He has been ridden by a confident 7yr old under supervision and was good.
His education so far has all taken place on a loud, busy, working farm 🚜 so used to tractors, quad bikes, dogs 🐕 etc.
He is quick off the aids and can do a basic w,t,c in an arena, has done lots of pole work and trots around a small course of jumps. Rides through water jumps, trail rides with or without company, trotted over logs.
I've loaded him several times and done a few short trips where he travelled well in a straight load and an angle load float.
Has been out to showjump arena hire, loaded sweetly, took everything in his stride, stood in a day yard without a sound, just delightful. I can really see him at a pony club rally enjoying life.
He also LOVES the beach ⛱️ foot perfect first time.
I've lunged him up and down banks, over ditches and he is always willing and keen.
He is a lovely little boy, i adore him and once your his 'person' he will adore you too.
