Description
Nala is a rising 8 year old OTT mare , unfortunately for sale due to rider is moving over East for uni.
Nala retired after 2 starts, and then restarted her education with Lauren Browne in NSW. She completed 2 80cm two day events over East , placed and double clear. We bought her as a rising 5 year old, and has since done Interschools, numerous pony club events and adult riders.
Nala has beautiful movement on the flat, training basic laterals (yielding, shoulder in ectra.) Her trot work is exceptional and she is extremely adjustable.
Currently jumping 60-85cm, and is bold with fill ectra. Needs a balanced rider with soft hands to maintain consistent paces. Nala loves to jump, and has yet to record a stop on XC.
She can be anxious, however with clear instruction and a confident rider she is extremely manageable. Nala thrives off consistent work and regular lessons.
Good to rug, shoe, float ectra.
Exposure to tractors, motorbikes, planes and can be paddocked with other horses.
She is extremely cuddly and calm on the ground, loving attention from everyone.
Competed very minimally in the past 2 years due to rider being in year 11/12, however both ODE’s at 65cm, she had no XC faults and is extremely brave on XC. Attended Gidge training day last weekend, after minimal outings in the past 6 months, and was calm getting off the float and standing in the yard.
Extremely sad sale of a talented young horse who has been an absolute pleasure to own.
