ASH/Thoroughbred X – Chestnut Mare – 14.2hh – 13yrs
Hard sale of a much-loved family member, a good home in either Pony Club or competition is essential. Tough decision made to sell as our daughter now has two horses but only time for one.
Rosie was purchased for myself as a mature rider coming back into riding, currently ridden by my 14yo daughter.
Rosie is a forward travelling mare with no buck or bolt. Has three lovely places, works in a kind frame and covers the ground well.
Recently competed at the WA State SJ Champs in four classes, at 60cm, winning one and placing in the other three. Competed in PC Eventing at 65cm, SJ up to 70cm and Dressage. Attends Pony Club, regular lessons and clinics all with no fuss.
Ideal home would be for a junior or small adult rider wishing to compete, ideally in Showjumping. Training at home comfortably over 85cm but capable of jumping a metre plus with a confident rider.
Rosie is easy to float, tie, clip and stands for the farrier all with lovely manners.
Enjoys her trail rides either on her own or in company.
Shoeing, vaccination, worming, sand and dentist cares are all up to date. Is in show condition and currently competing.
