Description
Experiened eventer looking for a loving home. Rocky is a 15yr old 16.3 OTTB who has successfully competed upto 1* eventing. He’s great to float, shoe, worm, plait, clip, camp with, and will happily stand patiently tied to the float at competitions. I’ve regularly ridden him out alone & with other horses on roads & in the pines & he’s always been relaxed and well behaved.
He is not a hot horse and while he’s usually very chill, he can get a bit horse shy in competition settings and put in a buck when tense/frustrated. For this reason he needs a competent rider if wanting to compete, or perhaps someone looking for a horse for relaxed pleasure /bush rides. He’s currently in Busselton where he’s been having a holiday since October which is reflected in price.
Up to date with teeth (done every 6 months). Usually kept shod, but currently barefoot due due to being on spell.
This is a sale that I have been putting off and it’s important to me that he goes to a loving home.
