Wendamar Neptune is a 17 year old 13hh Welsh pony.
Unfortunately, my daughter has outgrown Neptune. We love him too much to ever let him go but he’s too good a pony to sit around doing nothing. We have had Neptune for 5 years and he has taken my daughter from beginner/leadline to Pony Club and some Competitions.
Rider Requirements: As Neptune is a typical pony he needs a confident rider who is willing to have regular lessons. A rider height of around/below 150cm tall would be ideal, as my daughter is 160cm and has outgrown him. Ideal for someone who has been having regular lessons and is ready for the next step.
Neptune is lovely to ride and a quirky character. Everyone just loves him, he is very handsome.

- Loves jumping (so can get strong) will jump 50/60cm easy
Neptune's special quirk is that he does get excited jumping and going to competitions, so he’ll be more forward and challenging out compared to when at home, where he is very well behaved (and a little slow at times). Regular riding before going to PC or a competition (3-4 times a week) and lessons will be important.
Neptune does have Cushings and Equine Metabolic Syndrome (EMS) so his diet and medication is strictly managed. He is currently well and sound (no laminitis for the past 12 months). I will cover all costs associated with his treatment, feed, and farrier.
He is on 3/4 board in Wanneroo and mucked out 7 days a week.
