Panache is a sweet Australian Rididing Pony x Thoroughbred with near-perfect ground manners. Friendly and lovely to handle.
Currently not in work but will take very little to bring him back in. He's the sort of horse you can leave for a few weeks and then get back on with no problems.
He would make a great trail horse but needs a confident rider to give him confidence. When uncertain, he simply stops and waits to be reassured.
Has is bold and forward when feeling confident in his rider. He did some endurance with his previous owner and went very well. Happy to trot all day (when fit!).
Was previously ridden in a snaffle but I’ve been riding him bitless and he is great with that. Responds well to seat. Very sensitive horse.
BUT he does not float well. He self loads and comes off calmly but doesn't enjoy travelling. (Will discuss this in full with potential new owners.) He would ideally suit someone with good trails near to their home so he doesn’t have to do a lot of floating.
Comes with some gear, including a well-used pair of Back Country boots and a brand new pair of Flex boots. Plus a couple of rugs and bridles (one with bit and one bitless).
