Should you not agree with any of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

The term ‘Cavalletti Classifieds Pty Ltd’ or ‘us’ or ‘our’ or ‘we’ refers to Cavalletti Classifieds Pty Ltd, the owner of the website, whose registered office is 63 146 949 519, Western Australia. The term ‘you’ or ‘your’ refers to the website user.

15. Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, we take no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.

Specific classified and directory advert terms and conditions:

1. This site is moderated and run by real people so that it is more accurate – this however takes time and your ad and/or changes you have made to your ad may not show up for 24 – 48 hrs. This is a security measure aimed at reducing fraud.
2. Ads that are not in the correct category will not be placed and you will be requested by the moderator to place the ad in the correct category.
3. Each Horse Ad must be only for 1 horse – multiple listings in one ad will not be accepted. However, Mare and Foal listings are acceptable.
4. If you have purchased an advertising package the ads you place must only be for you. Other contact details will not be included in adverts.
5. Ads that require payment will remain ‘pending’ and will be deleted after 7 days if payment is not received. This means that photos and text – once deleted – are not recoverable.
6. Ads that advertise horses for sale, lease or swap in the free categories such as ‘Wanted:horses’ will not be placed.
7. COPYRIGHT images will not be published to the web without a copyright release from the photographer.
8. No WATERMARKED images will be published on this site (this is when the photographer has copyrighted the image with his or her name across the middle of the horse)
9. Refund Policy – There are no refunds or swap deals on advertising or portion thereof once you have placed your advertisement with Cavalletti Classifieds.
10. Cavalletti Classifieds reserves the right to not publish advertisements if the advertisement is unsuitable in terms of content, or interpretation.
11. Deliberately incorrect or inaccurate contact details and misleading advertising will be reported.
12. Classified adverts are valid until sold IF they are updated regularly. If a Classified advert has not been updated for 3 months, it will expire. The expired advert will still be viewable on the users account who will have the ability to pay to make the advert live again.
